How long will my order take?

Lead time is shown on each product page and starts from the day you approve your proof, not the day you order. Most pieces take 3–7 working days to make, plus delivery.

How do I pay?

By PayNow, at checkout. You will see a QR code and the exact amount to pay. After paying, enter your PayNow reference number and attach a screenshot of your payment — that is what lets us match your payment to your order quickly. Your order reaches us when you submit that final step.

Why do I pay before seeing a proof?

Every piece is made individually, so payment is what confirms your slot in the queue. You still see a proof before anything is printed, and if we cannot make what you have asked for, or you change your mind before approving your proof, we will refund you in full.

What does delivery cost?

Orders of $25 or more ship free anywhere in Singapore. Below $25, shipping is a flat $2, added at checkout. We deliver by post — self-collection is not available.

What is a proof?

A mock-up showing exactly how your piece will look — your name, your verse, your chosen font. We send it before printing and wait for you to approve it. If something is wrong, we fix it and send another.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Yes, up until you approve your proof — tell us and we will amend it, or refund you in full if you would rather not go ahead. After you approve the proof the piece goes into production and cannot be changed or refunded.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged once you have approved your proof, since they cannot be resold. This is exactly why we ask you to check the proof carefully. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you approved, contact us and we will put it right.

What photos work best?

Bright photos with good contrast and a plain background. Faces should be large in the frame. Dark, blurry or very busy photos do not render well through a lit panel — if yours will not work, we will tell you before printing rather than after.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Singapore, by post. Free over $25, otherwise a flat $2.

Can you make something that is not in the shop?

Often, yes. Send us your idea with as much detail as you can and we will tell you if it is possible and what it would cost.
